Global Art 8x8 Flip Sketch Wire Bound Sketchbook, Butternut, 100 Pages Review

I just wrote a review about how they went from 300 pages at 110 pounds to 240 pages at 60 pounds and it's awful. I was able to draw in my old 8x8 flexsketch version with no bleed through and on both sides. Included pictures that I can't do in the new version. That's very disappointing.

The paper seems pretty good, not very heavy or anything, but it was very poorly cut. The outer edge of the book is quite uneven and portions of pages stick out further than others or others are recessed and they all protrude about 3/8 inch past the back cover so they really need to be smashed. Everything else looks fine.

It's hard to find a good size square album. This is exactly what I needed when I found this. I'm just getting into the art of zentangle and felt that all the packs, pads and square paper books that they make and sell specifically for zentangle were overpriced. I just don't understand why I have to pay so much for Zen I guess. It does the job. It's of good quality, not too much has been torn or spilled onto the other leaves, and I really like that the book is in a spiral binding so I can just…
