🔪 Global GS-8-3 inch Bird's Beak Peeling Knife, 7cm Review

This is Ari Aroma, Chef at Sage Chefs, I endorse this product, all five stars are global. Not only does this baby look dangerous, it performs just as well as an original Global paring knife, in the right hands of course.

I have bought many knives from Global and love them all. For the money I find them hard to beat. But I am very disappointed in this knife. Out of the box, this is the most boring Global knife I've ever used. I had a hard time peeling potatoes with this knife. I'm sure I'll buy more Global knives, but I'll buy them from a regular store where I can test the knife before buying as I have other knives.

I thought I needed a bird beak knife. However, once used, the curve is useless. There is nothing this knife can do that a straight paring knife cannot. The angled blade makes it difficult to find the cutting edge when slicing fruit or vegetables. In addition, this design is very difficult to sharpen. Global makes a good product and I have many Global knives that I love. However, I would not recommend such a knife design, but choose a paring knife with the right shape. You will be happier in the
