Review on 🔪 Global GS-8-3 inch Bird's Beak Peeling Knife, 7cm by Lauren Campbell

I thought I needed a bird beak knife. However, once used, the curve is useless. There is nothing this knife can do that a straight paring knife cannot. The angled blade makes it difficult to find the cutting edge when slicing fruit or vegetables. In addition, this design is very difficult to sharpen. Global makes a good product and I have many Global knives that I love. However, I would not recommend such a knife design, but choose a paring knife with the right shape. You will be happier in the long run.
