Very good learning platform plus exceptional customer service

The best thing about this program that I like most, in my opinion it's very easy to use for students who want learn more than 10 languages (I'm working with Spanish). It has also an excellent support team if you have problems or questions regarding your account/sessions! What can be improved? Not really anything but maybe some improvements could make things easier when using online platforms such as Skype etc., especially after hours of work / study session where there are not many people…

  • Everything is available here..so nothing actually.
  • There should've been language proficiency tests included
