This is my second review of this shoe. The fifth pair or so always turns black. They seemed to listen to people who didn't realize they needed to provide STRONG ankle support because suddenly there was no "phew" in the shoe. The padding is 70 percent gone and now they look unbalanced. It's easier in the beginning but they should be VERY tight for some time and then BRINGED.
