I found this very practical for my scooter and small shops nearby. Pretty solid material. But one thing makes me uncomfortable, I lost my place to grab the scooter to carry a few steps with one hand.

This item has been well thought out and is as solid as can be. I checked him out and he's holding up like a donkey. A lot of bang for the buck and looks like it could hold as much weight as a bag of groceries. That's great!

Exceeded my expectations. Although it is made of plastic, it is very strong and durable. I easily carried a large padded backpack full of groceries and a gallon of water. It also fits the scooter perfectly. Great design!

I like how strong the hook is, but the new hardware is not included and makes the handles appear to wobble. It's as if you couldn't screw in the shorter ones without the longer ones. It's just a little rattle so I still like the product. I just think it could be better.

Screws not included which is really stupid. Someone who previously asked "what size screw" to use was given incorrect information. The Max shaft has blank holes for attaching a hook, but that's about it - there are no screws in the holes for me to attach this $13 dull piece of plastic.

The plastic appears to be a glass reinforced polymer, very strong and overall well made. However, its installation introduces some play in the handlebars (the reason for this is explained below for the more technical explanations). I wouldn't recommend this for safety reasons unless you can find new longer mounting bolts to attach to your scooter.
