I hesitated to order this product after some commenters complained that the product is not really Oracle 651 and the sticker holding the reel. These problems were solved by the light ones; My reel was wrapped in a thin plastic sleeve with a sticker on the sleeve and tape like a sticker on the reel to hold it in place. I also checked the backing paper and it's Oracle 651.

I use a lot of vinyl and need very little to complete a project. I read the reviews for this white vinyl and felt comfortable ordering it. What mistake. The roll came without a box, which I expected based on other reviews. I accepted it. What I didn't know was that the vinyl would be wrapped so tightly that as it unwound the vinyl would separate from the backing and create lots of bubbles before being cut. The vinyl was also taped down with very strong tape that didn't peel off the vinyl. So…

The tape came off easily, it appeared to be plastic but the UPC was like a sticker - it was a mother trying to peel it off. It didn't work out very well. I'm luckier than some, I only lose an inch of roll, but that's unacceptable. From all the feedback out there, they should know (even if it's multiple third party vendors) not to put their damn decals on vinyl. Put things in shrink wrap and then stick live daylights on top. But leave vinyl alone for cheese and crackers. I had/have a project…
