beautiful short tree. not quite fat cat perfect but does its job

This is a unique scratching post. I have it sitting under a tall window, it starts 45 inches off the floor. I have a 14 pound cat that is half Maine Coon. That being said, it's very difficult to find something that fits my cat. suits her, she tried, but it didn't work. I very much doubt the basket will fit her, but for now it's not a big deal. She basically just uses it by sitting upstairs and looking out the window. It's the perfect length for her to lie down and sunbathe on (although almost…

My cats love it. One of them uses it to scratch.

My cats love it. One of them keeps scratching him. Another, well, he likes the attention trying to do the same with furniture. They sleep on it a lot now and play on it. One cat weighs 10 pounds and is seven months old and the other weighs 5 pounds and is six and a half months old. The tree shakes a bit as the 10-pounder climbs to the very top and hits the window, which he jumps into. He doesn't climb all the way to the top anymore. Lola, the youngest kitten, likes the hammock as much as the…

cats like it. on Activity Trees

The bottom plate of this stand is broken. on the left half about 7 inches from the left. completely through. but assembly was easy, and after the base was screwed onto a slightly larger board, it proved fairly stable, if not a little wobbly, for the larger of our two cats. Materials and assembly method are good. the "fur" is really soft and the crampons rub against it, the sisal-wrapped posts are mounted really solidly with no loose rope. Aside from the fact that it came in an oversized box…

3 crampons, 1 hammock on cat trees and flats

Overall rating: I ordered this climbing box with a bit of skepticism as other reviews said the tree was too wobbly. While that's true, the tree is shaky, but not as shaky as I thought it would be. All of my cats like wood to some extent and each has a favorite wooden element. I will note that when I bought this tree it cost about $40. Cats: I have three cats: 9.10 pounds at 3 years old, 6.5 pounds at 5 months old and 4 pounds at 3 months old. Everyone uses wood in one way or another. The…
