My daughter has had these lights for almost 4 months now. she loved her. Tonight she heard a bang and saw smoke! The power pack is on fire! Thank goodness we were home at the time and it wasn't the middle of the night.

I bought my daughter 2 different types for Christmas. She likes this one best. The color swap feature actually changes the entire color, not just adding 2 together. In other words; If you select pink and then change the color to a lighter pink, the entire color will change instead of a pink and white light. She loved it so much I sent another one back and ordered 2 more of these!

Bad directions. I gave my daughter one for her birthday. So we bought a second one. They don't give clear directions, especially when driving multiple lanes. There is a special way of hanging the second one, and one end of the strip should be where it left off. It's not just plug and play. So I have to tear off the second strip that loses the double sided tape. Stick it on the wall and you're good. I wish I had known that before I hung up. Not clear

I have 3 words to say about this product. THE WORST LIGHTS. Initially, installing the light took 20 minutes. Second, the included power cord was heavy, every time you tried to plug it in the adhesive just fell off the wall because the cord was heavy and short. This product is terrible. We bought two sets. My kids set these lights for their rooms, we hung them and one set works randomly. The other set has a random setting with random colors. For example, choose Red, 3 gauges will turn red and the rest of the bar will turn blue. Completely random with each color.
