I like the product. The lid is very loose and the extra "smart" is unnecessary and somewhat useless. But this is a beautiful handmade product.

I liked the machine I think I'll use it for my morning coffee Great that it calculates how much water to brew based on the weight of the coffee. No more calculations

The glass was broken on the first delivery. I sent it back and when I received a replacement I found permanent black scratch marks on the white ceramic. Decided to leave it as is but not happy.

Excellent quality and works very well. Glass can be a bit brittle. The app works well but is a bit outdated. Needs to be updated. I would watch some videos to find out the best way to use the product.

Excellent design but the glass parts are very thin. I accidentally hit the glass against the side of the sink and it cracked all over the bottom. My fault, yes, but I also hope that the price of glass parts will get better.

Considering the cost difference between GINA and say Chemex (about $200 difference) you would expect the experience to be WOW. They expect it to be easier, faster and less complicated. Maybe you're expecting too much. When my GINA arrived, upon opening it I found that the Cold Drip insert had been pushed so far into the glass carafe that the carafe had cracked and could not be removed without causing further damage.
