The performance of these slides was OK although they were very stiff when opening the drawer.I would have kept them but then I realized that the soft-close mechanism was completely different from what was shown in the item description photos (see my included pictures for a comparison).That misrepresentation, plus the stiff opening, led me to returning them.

I'm speechless at the moment. Many review did claim these rails are not as smooth as other products. I took a chance to order with the review raving about excellent built quality. Standard ball bearing rails usually requires only 1/2" for each side which I have. These rails were so tight that they were scrap against the side of my 1st draw. Have been trying to get in contact with seller but never respond back to assist my installation. Instructions came with are useless. Really wanted to return

I read many reviews being a contractor I am very skeptical when I read reviews from homeowners installing products that should be professionally installed as a professional I used the Kreg Jig (blindfolded) and these drawer slides are amazing very good quality for a 3rd the price of some German slides

I like the fact they are an easy replacement for regular slides. Had no problems installing on new cabinet drawers. I have no dislikes on this product.

You have to pull with significant pressure to overcome the closing spring. It gives the appearance the draws are sticking. Very disappointed for the price. Wife hates them. I will probasbly be replacing them with Home Depot slides. A lot cheaper and no spring to overcome. I should have read the reviews on these before I purchased.

they do not included the brackets, these are only the slides for the drawers. There are no brackets included with these slides and you cannot buy brackets stand alone.I processed a return and requested a replacement, hoping to receive full sets, including the brackets with the second order, the replacement order was only partial as well.

These are very sturdy. My son installed them for me. First was a learning experience but others went quickly. Heavy-duty design may not be suitable for lighter drawer uses!

Okay value, but they do not slide open and closed easily like normal ball bearing drawer guides should. They are easy to install, but not as high of quality as discribed.

Opened up package to start install and no screws like advertised. I could not wait any longer for screws to be sent to me so I had to go to local hardware store and buy screws. It was not expensive to replace but the inconvenience of it.

They work great install is pretty straight forward but the only thing I have noticed is there is a alot of resistance when opening the drawer. I believe the catching mechanism that slows the drawers down does not disengage making it very difficult to open.

No brackets came with the slides. The packing was very poor and the box was destroyed so maybe they fell out? Some users reported the slides sagging or not holding the drawer properly.

I liked how they work, I disliked having to order 2 times to get the amount I paid for. 3 weeks to get order right. That's my feedback.

Used these for a cabinet build for a customer. These are fine. They were all delivered as advertised and did what I expected them to do but I did need to grease one pair in order to get them to slide smoothly.
