California Golden Spray Millet - Premium Quality 25 Lbs: Ideal for Birds and Small Pets Review

When I buy it in autumn and summer, it is fresh, splashes stick together, and the smell is wonderful. I am pleased with how thick and dense the sprays are. Packed well so the seeds don't break. Our guinea fowl, dogs, geese and goats love it, but there is almost nothing left for wild birds. All I have to do is walk out of the house with a few sprays in hand and the guineas practically go to bed.

I have many birds and they eat this millet like there is no tomorrow. Delivered as I expected, fast and accurate. Seeds are fresh and well packaged. Thank you to everyone at the shipping factory, especially the breadwinner who seems to ship everything as his own. I buy the £5 box as it is the best value and I have never been disappointed. Sprays were received in terrible condition. They were extremely light and brittle, and had an almost whitish appearance, as if tainted with mold. I have fed millet sprays to both wild and aviary birds, but when I gave them these sprays it took a while for even wild birds to touch them. It didn't seem to affect my birds' health, but these sprays certainly affected the enjoyment my birds get from eating the seeds.

This is NOT a Golden Farms product that I have purchased for 15 years. It doesn't even go in the yellow box. I have pictures of my latest product from Golden Farm called the Golden Millet and it doesn't look like it at all. When you pay $150 for a case of millet, you expect to get what you order. Shame on Golden Farms! It's like they took all the junk/leftovers out of a 5lb box and stuffed it into a 25lb box. Many sprays are broken into pieces. Instead of being carefully packed like 5 pound boxes, sprays fly in all directions. In half of the boxes there are probably sprays that are not visible from one side. Broken.
