Golden Threads Quilting Paper 20Ydx12 Review

The paper is great for tracing or using patterns you want to use in a quilt. Also suitable for applying your design and then using spot glue to hold fabric while you work.

Works exactly as described; strong enough to withstand bumps and pulls if you move the quilt around while sewing, but then tears easily when you're done. I found it very difficult to understand how easy it is to mark quilt patterns on brightly colored quilted tops so that I can actually SEE the markings as I sew, and this product made quilting fun again.

Ideal for sketching and sketching, also works great with a lightbox as the light gets through more easily. Great for quilting, draw on it with a fabric marker, pin onto the fabric and then sew directly onto it as it will peel off with no paper marks (and even tear off while sewing with a short stitch length). You will need to use a real quilt marker on this paper if you plan to sew it as the needle transfers everything else to the fabric. I did a test with a colored pencil on this paper, pinned
