Feel solid. The ones I received were shamrock green. Translucent green, but definitely green. They still work, but be aware you may not get clean ones. UPDATE July 2015: Upgraded to five stars. When I finally got the pair plucked I had to go to the local supermarket and buy another pair. But since I'm a lazy person, I decided to find a pair on Revain. It seemed to me that this was the best value for what I wanted. A simple, scissor-like, plastic salad tong. Well I should have looked more closely at the picture as I would have noticed that the hinge/pivot point is closer to the pliers than the handles. This means you have to open your hand much wider than you want the tweezers to open.
