Finally a great pitcher!

This pitcher is strong enough so you know it won't bend or get pushed around during use. Being disabled I need one that won't slip out of my hands. I have understood!

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Doubtful

Do not buy. on serving dishes

This product has a leaking edge on the lid. It doesn't fit snug enough and there are protrusions that prevent you from locking it tighter. Will have to buy something else. This pitcher just makes a mess every time I pour or shake it to mix the lemonade. Do not buy.

Doesn't fit in the dishwasher - not easy to clean - buy something else!

I received this jug and due to its design you cannot put it in the bottom or top rack of the dishwasher so it has to be hand washed BUT you can't hand wash it because that hole is so small. Buy something else!

Better than more popular brands

I won't mention the brand but I have two other 3 liter mixing bottles that I also use, made by a famous brand. They are harder to open and close and LICK. This good cook is inexpensive, fairly durable, easy to open and close, and doesn't leak. I use these bottles to mix crystal clear diet drinks. Nothing to say but I'm happy with it, it works well, easy to use and doesn't leak.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

I have all 3 leaks.

I bought 3 pieces and they are all leaking from the lid. They lick when shaken/mixed; they lick when filled. The lids have plastic grommets designed to prevent spills, but the lids don't "tighten" - they screw on until they stop where the spout lines up. You can't turn past this point, so you can't tighten the seal. They're also slightly taller than liter milk jugs, so their ideal height won't fit on shelves. Disappointment.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time

It flows. But I fixed it

Didn't leak initially. Liquid flows out of the lid when shaken or poured. There are two protrusions on the lid that prevent you from turning the lid past a certain point. I used nail clippers (similar to wire cutters) and cut out the bumps. Now I can screw it in place, but the spout is a little off the front of the jug. But I can deal with that. It didn't expire before the return deadline, so I had to leave it.

Wacky LEAKS Item - Dishes & Serving Utensils

I bought this because my fridge shelves aren't tall enough for an actual pitcher and I figured this pitcher could handle being placed on its side. NO. I literally ONLY hand washed it, didn't even put it in the dishwasher and it leaked. Even BEFORE I put it in the fridge I made Kool Aid and shook the pitcher and THEN it came out! Then I tried to put it in the fridge on its side anyway and it spilled all over the place (no wonder). In summary, this pitcher is THE WORST and I immediately threw it…

Good but difficult to clean, moldy sealing problem

The lid is a little tricky to put on but when properly aligned it seals well enough to shake and not leak. The touching part is the gasket on the lid molds and the lid under the gasket molds. Also, the container will mold inside and the opening is too small for an adult hand to reach out to clean. Use a cleaning brush. Also retains odors. I clean with vinegar and bleach (separately) to combat odor and mold. I soaked a pad in chlorinated water for 2 days and it still has mold on it. Haven't…

Messy Spout Design

Hard Bottle; no leaks, no structural issues, EXCEPT the design of the spout - it's recessed into the lid so there's lid material around it, meaning the contents hit that edge as you pour and then they both gather in the lid well at the front of the container and then inevitably onto any surface on which you place the container. For this reason, most other bottles have a spout that extends beyond the cap and use a larger diameter spout to survive the vacuum that causes flooding and aggravates…

Works but leaks even with a slight shake

The size and quality of the 3 liter jar appears to be good but the lid is designed not to be over tightened so that the neck always points outwards. Just by gently shaking the liquid (to dissolve the drink powder, stir the juice, etc.) it flows out. However, it will flow without leaking if you don't squeeze or shake too hard. I'm tempted to use a sharp knife and remove the plastic tabs that prevent the lid from screwing in more tightly and see how well it seals. The spout is no longer perfectly
