Type of review

This is my first excellent review on Amazon. I ordered it next day by mail and paid extra for delivery. Logs came, but WITHOUT KEY! So if you're reading this, there's a 50/50 chance you won't get the key. Now my visit to the ceramics specialist has been delayed even more. He's already been arrested. Shit because I know Gorilla is a great company. What a disappointment.

Great product fits nuts

Bought these to replace the nuts on my 2013 Ford F150 XLT which were damaged by the dealer when changing tires. need training! anyway they fit perfectly, look good and i can take them off when i get an apartment. What I like most is the deep base that comes with the kit. provides a secure grip and reduces the likelihood of nuts becoming damaged during maintenance. Unlike some others, all 24 nuts were included in the package. would definitely buy again!

Poor quality: tires and wheels

I bought them in October 2020. Within a few weeks they began to rust. This is only 9 months old. I personally think the nut should stand up to the elements. They didn't go through mud where they could be scratched to accomplish this. The type of pitting shown is present on all 24. Some of them are worse than the two I photographed. The rust also got into my rims and damaged them. I'll post a photo after work today. Very disappointing. I will spend more money for better quality next time.

Aftermarket only? fits nuts and accessories

I have a 2013 Ford F150 FX4 with stock rims. These lug nuts appear to be well built. Look out for "aftermarket wheels only". I didn't see that when ordering, I just stated "This product fits your 2013 F150". Yes, it does. Yes, but they are smaller in diameter than OEM, which in my case causes the tires to be unbalanced. Balanced all wheels 3 times, the problem remained. Haven't tried different nuts but visually I can see they don't fit as well as OEM nuts. So if you're looking for a replacement

Pros
  • Sleek design

  • Very expensive

Better OEM. the best in accessories and parts

I've never seen anyone steal my rims off my truck but thank goodness they're still around and there's only chrome rims in stock. I know that if a thief needs them they can be taken away, but every little extra protection helps. These nuts from Gorilla are way better than OEM nuts, especially if you turn your wheels heavily. If OEM ring nuts are overtightened, their outer casing will begin to loosen and eventually tear the nut off, making later removal difficult. The Gorilla Nuts come with long,

Don't skimp - pay for peace of mind

I walked around a bit before I bought them. There are many cheap nut options at Revain, but some have had really mixed reviews. Finally, ask yourself if you're willing to skimp on inexpensive nuts THAT HOLD A FAST-ROYING TIRE ON A MOVING VEHICLE. One that likely includes you and others you care about. Is it really worth saving 10 bucks to get a cheaper kit when you have what is usually considered standard (which is also way cheaper than you can find at a tire or auto parts store!)? I bought…

2012 Ford F-150 with 20 " factory wheels

I bought these for a 2012 Ford F-150 with 20" factory wheels. With my truck profile in Revain they seemed to fit so I bought a set. The wheel-to-wheel contact point is less than the Dorman lug nuts I replaced, but they match the acorn shape and 60 degree chamfer perfectly. I decided to try them out, partly because the old grommets were warped and swollen and partly because these looked so much better. They hold up as expected and the torque is 150 lb-ft. It's a solid piece of metal compared to…
