Review on 🦍 Gorilla Automotive 26104HT Duplex Acorn Chrome Lug Kit (14mm x 2.0 Thread Size) - Pack of 24, Small Diameter by Dave Hammon

I bought these for a 2012 Ford F-150 with 20" factory wheels. With my truck profile in Revain they seemed to fit so I bought a set. The wheel-to-wheel contact point is less than the Dorman lug nuts I replaced, but they match the acorn shape and 60 degree chamfer perfectly. I decided to try them out, partly because the old grommets were warped and swollen and partly because these looked so much better. They hold up as expected and the torque is 150 lb-ft. It's a solid piece of metal compared to my previous cleats which are two pieces of steel and a chrome cap. The old lid is starting to curl and bulge and that's what I had all the problems with. They come with an adapter socket that uses a 7/8 inch socket to drive. It's a lot nicer than I thought it would be for two reasons: 1) the contact runs almost the full length of the nut so it doesn't get stripped, and 2) it acts like an extension so I don't hit it. tire or wheel with a socket wrench. Overall I am very impressed with the quality and shelf life of these nuts and think Gorilla is a great product.
