Gorillatech has transformed how i manage my P&L

The most helpful thing about gorilla is that there's nothing much to dislike at all! It makes it easy for us as an organisation to track our spend in real time without needing any software or tooling installed ourselves (or having someone install them). As well being able to see where spends are coming from across multiple departments allows me to drill down into issues very quickly with no lag times between data entry/calls etc - which can sometimes be frustrating when you're trying to work…

  • Simple to use and intuitive dashboard is great it's easy to check our spend easily, and drill down into individual departments too
Cons
  • I think they could do more around integration services such as helping set up call recording systems

Great solution and great customer service

The simplicity of being able to create reports in real-time from any device with simple drag & drop functionality is really nice! We are using it for our sales team's daily reporting needs - they can easily share information internally within an organization or externally across multiple locations via SharePoint (or other file sharing platforms). There was not much I disliked about this tool but if you're looking at something that will allow your reps/sales people access quickly then give them

The level of support we receive from our account manager is unparalleled in this industry! Their depth goes far beyond what any other vendor would offer you or give to another customer for that matter!! I'm also happy with how quickly they get back - even over holidays/vacations.
