There was difficulty starting the printer. Constantly throws an error message stating that the cartridge door is open. I had to turn off the ink level indicator, and it sort of helped. I am not sure if I agree with this. It took a long time to solve the problem. The quality seems to be ok. I had a lot of stuff to print for my divorce court date. The cartridges are really strong. The packaging was great. Very happy. I just hope I can peel off the sticker when they run out so they can be refilled through the little holes. This is the best and cheapest way to never run out of ink. Google how to refill cartridges.
