A leak appeared in the first 5 minutes of operation

I bought this sprayer for a project that was delayed by several months, when I finally took it out of the box to use it for the first time the hose connection to the sprayer started leaking after only five minutes of use. The leak splattered paint all over the area I was working in, luckily I was only a few feet away when I noticed it. I have to stop work and run to the local grocery store to buy a new $50 hose. When I tried to loosen the spray gun that was attached to the old factory hose, it…

  • GREEN SPRAYING: The stainless steel piston pump allows you to spray undiluted paint at high pressure

PREPARE and read instructions = perfect finish

Preparation is EVERYTHING. Yes, there is overspray (you spray paint). Cover anything you don't want to paint. The cost of this unit plus the paint and all the prep materials was far less than what a pro would charge and you get equipment for future use. This is the first time I've ever come across a paint sprayer of any kind. Very intuitive to use. Follow the instructions and you won't have any problems. The finished product meets/exceeds expectations. Semi-Gloss Behr Premium Plus leaves a…

Pros
  • SPRAY DIRECTLY FROM PAINT CAN: Flexible suction tube allows you to spray directly from a 1 or 5 gallon paint can

Disappointed best in Paint Supplies & Tools

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a Graco Magnum 257025 Project Painter Plus and waited two weeks for the wind to die down and the temperature to settle before I could start painting. Setting up the machine is effortless and the step-by-step instructions are very clear. Once set up, I primed the sprayer, used two separate buckets, and everything seemed to work fine. I did a test spray on a piece of wood to determine the correct pressure for the flow and I was excited to get started. As I…

Pros
  • PAINT FLOW CONTROL: Fully adjustable pressure for full control of paint flow on projects of any size; The RAC IV Switch tip allows you to flip the nozzle when it gets clogged to keep spraying.

Great inexpensive tool that gives fast, professional results

Airless Paint Sprayers. I have tried 3 different previous products. One had such a heavy tank that the arm got tired after a few minutes, another had such a small tank that it was barely possible to spray 5 minutes between refills and all 3 were between mediocre and poor finishes. My heart sank when I saw the many instructions that came with this tool, but it turns out they were written to describe all the little things you need to do to set it up, take it apart, too clean and for the long…

Pros
  • VOLTAGE: 110 volts. .375 Engine Displacement (HP), 1/4" Fluid Outlet, .015" Max Tip Size for 1 Gun
