Great PM Software For Small Business

I like how everything in grand pm was organized well! It helped organize work orders into different sections for easier follow up as tasks are completed. We also liked that we could submit changes without having someone approve them first which allowed us freedom with our schedule, allowing more time dedicated towards billings instead of approval process delays. When creating an order or task there were too many buttons/options making organization difficult at times. The ability to upload…

Great timesheet tracking system, not updated enough

I like that you can customize your software for each area/department or even individual user by adding modules as needed. Also there are many addons available online so if something isn't included in their base package then they will make sure its added soon after purchase! Overall this program was great when we purchased but has since become outdated with new technology coming out all too often. We were able to easily track everything our employees did throughout the day including time cards…
