I like that you can customize your software for each area/department or even individual user by adding modules as needed. Also there are many addons available online so if something isn't included in their base package then they will make sure its added soon after purchase! Overall this program was great when we purchased but has since become outdated with new technology coming out all too often. We were able to easily track everything our employees did throughout the day including time cards etc which helped us keep better records and gave everyone more accountability over what tasks where assigned to them vs just entering things into an excel sheet at end of shift.
