There is no styrofoam in the package. The first is completely broken. Raven fixed it. The second was good. It looks good.

Nice mug but shipping/packaging is terrible! It comes in a box and there is a small piece of bubble wrap that isn't even wrapped around the entire mug.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my mum from my son and she loves it! The colors are beautiful, the mug looks original. This is a very large mug, so it's perfect for tall coffee or hot tea lovers.

Went on and bought this for the holidays. I couldn't see my family due to social distancing requirements so I sent this to my grandma's house instead. Delivery without incident, nothing damaged. That was my main concern and my grandmother says it's pretty strong.

So it's a very heavy mug, which is nice. But the color on the outside is TERRIBLE. Looks like someone sprayed the outside. If I had enough time to return it and order something else I would, but unfortunately I don't. I wouldn't buy this again. If there hadn't been such a problem upon return, I would have done it. And it's Christmas, so I just don't have time.
