12 Inch Granite Frying Pan with Lid - Nonstick Skillet for Cooking - Granite Rock Pan with Lid, Durable and Easy to Clean Review

So far we've cooked sausage and bacon in this pan and fried steaks in this pan (obviously we're not vegetarians). He heated everything very evenly, browned the steak well and cleaned it like a dream. I've never had a nonstick pan that wipes clean as easily as this one. I like it very much and can only recommend it.

There is definitely a lot of stuff in this set. I'd say this is a good starter kit for those who want a wide variety of pans, but you can buy multiple pans individually for better quality. The cake pan, muffin pan and bread pan are sturdy, the rest are lightweight and seem to tarnish easily.

Used a pot for the first time today. The pan works as described, but the metal handle on the lid is a safety hazard. My wife burned her fingers trying to remove the lid because the metal handle was very hot. Is there another option for a lid that stays cool enough to be touched safely? Otherwise we have to send the goods back. Your help is welcome. Many Thanks.

Gave a 3 because I just received it and although everything was in it and it's nice I haven't cooked anything in it yet so I leave room for improvement or disappointment. I bought the warranty with the set so I have to return it if something goes wrong. I've made a few of these now and they've all been great. We'll take some more time to take our losses and see what happens!

This was my 2nd order for a 12 inch granite stone tray and lid. I got 10 inch but 12 paid the price. As it was a gift for my grandson who is just learning to cook, I couldn't return it. Very disappointed. He then had a promo tag for a free stainless steel chef's knife. Nothing worked when trying to access ads via text, online and scancode. It was fake! He gave the code and transferred me as a user on FB. What the hell!

A pan with a non-stick coating is less important to me than a solid pan with a good balance. I was very surprised at how tack free it is. Honestly, I have a hard time greasing a pan with butter or olive oil because that pan repels everything. Just to be clear, you should still use some butter or butter in a nonstick skillet, don't expect miracles, but this is my new favorite. Just received this pan and first impression. I haven't even used it yet, but it looks really great! It looks exactly like the advertised picture. I'll tell you right now. that is hard!
