Works great but DO NOT attempt to drill, drill and countersink thicker metal in one pass. It's an impossible dream. But the drill tip is great for aligning the drill. I pre-drilled the correct size holes to make the process easier. Beware of rotating movements on smaller parts that can damage ANY faucet. Hole cutting is an art and craft. If you are a beginner, no matter what brand you buy, you must learn.

Best set of faucets I have ever used

This is a very good set of faucets. It's insanely durable. I used this in an application where I needed to tap out a ton of support columns in an old building with a 1/4-20 nozzle. 1/3 of the columns were 1/4 inch thick, 1/2 of them were 3/8 inch thick and the rest were 1/2 inch thick. This bit went through her with absolutely no problem. Of course I had to pre-drill the thicker ones with a 13/64 bit, but that's to be expected if the tip is only on long enough before the taps kick in, as long…

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

I've used them to drill holes and threads in mild steel panels for power distribution boxes I have, I use for something other than circuit breakers . This meant using the average range of those clicks: 10-24, 10-32, and 12-24. I will have a future for others and I am also buying the following sizes to support this cause. Using a power driver (Milwaukee 12V, Lithium) allowed me to go through mild steel with cutting fluid in a relatively short amount of time. . Threading with a screwdriver takes…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
