Use low temperature and do not use in the dishwasher.

I've used it on tortillas, quesadillas, pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches. It's great, easy to clean. In my experience, you only need a low heat compared to conventional pots. I never cook at more than 1/3 heat and it comes out great. No need to turn it up, the results are perfect on low heat.

Pros
  • Easy to clean in the dishwasher
Cons
  • Appearance

This was my second purchase of an 11" green pan in 12 months. The first lost its non-stick coating after 11 months. Since I loved the pan until then, we ordered another one. I am ashamed of this idea as after 2 months the new pan lost its non-stick properties which is just not acceptable for a 50 euro pan! I have contacted GreenPan regarding this and am awaiting a response. But very disappointing. We have other Greenpan products and have similar issues that after 6-9 months the pans lose their…

Pros
  • Metal pan safe, the diamond reinforced finish on this collection is incredibly durable
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Healthy non-stick frying pan

I have 3 green frying pans, one large and one small, and now I have the grill version too. I bought the first two after realizing how many chemicals we use from food cooked in a traditional nonstick pan. I noticed that my T-Fal pans absorb so much dish soap smell that they must be very porous. So I decided to give Green Pan a try and have never looked back. I know a lot of people complain that they don't stick after a while, but I think that's because they wash theirs in the dishwasher. The…

Pros
  • Can be used in the oven and on grills up to 600°F
Cons
  • Available in white only

Our new favorite is the cookware

We've started to gradually replace our non-stick Kephalon pans with ceramic pans. Not only are they significantly cheaper than Calfalon, they are also much safer. I was concerned about the learning curve or potential issues with switching to ceramic, but we had no issues. The first ceramic pan we got was the green pan and we had it for about a month before our old pan finally started peeling too much to use anymore so we bought it. We were very happy with both the pan and pan and had no real…

Pros
  • Brushed stainless steel rivet handle, ergonomic design for a secure and comfortable grip
Cons
  • Not quite as good as it looks

Love it. suitable for kitchen and dining room

I have had this pan for 2 months now and am starting to love this pan. I was skeptical when I first opened the packaging because the instructions said to cook over medium heat. I've always thought that stir-fries should be cooked over high heat, especially when cooked in a wok. This turned out to be a small problem for me. I cook everything over medium heat with no problem. I'm good at roasts. I use it to cook foods that splatter (like bacon). Deep sides prevent spatter from spreading across…

Pros
  • suitable for all stove types except induction
Cons
  • some problems
