Love it. suitable for kitchen and dining room

I have had this pan for 2 months now and am starting to love this pan. I was skeptical when I first opened the packaging because the instructions said to cook over medium heat. I've always thought that stir-fries should be cooked over high heat, especially when cooked in a wok. This turned out to be a small problem for me. I cook everything over medium heat with no problem. I'm good at roasts. I use it to cook foods that splatter (like bacon). Deep sides prevent spatter from spreading across the plate. I reheat foods in it (meat, veggies, starches, and even macaroni and cheese) by setting it to medium-high and letting the food warm up for about 10 minutes. Then simply remove the food from the pan when it is warm enough. So far, so good. Also very sticky. In fact, it's so non-stick that I don't have to wash it in the dishwasher. I just wash it with water, dish soap and a soft sponge. No sponge sponge. Because it is non-stick, it takes 1-2 minutes to clean. I don't know why some customers are having issues with the nonstick coating wearing off. Be sure to watch out for wear on the non-stick coating. If or when this happens I will let you know. PS- The instructions also state not to use extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) in pot or cooking sprays when cooking. It means using an oil like canola or butter, if at all. So I pretty much follow that guideline. This is a difficult switch for me as I usually use EVOO when cooking with a different pan. But for me it's still a small problem. Also, I haven't used it in an oven yet, but I'm sure it will work there as expected. :)
