RadioShark works great. It's incredibly sensitive to USB cable placement. I experimented and experimented and finally got a long USB extension cable and placed the RadioShark on a bookshelf across from my Mac Mini, running the USB cable across the room. I also had to move it away from the fluorescent light. This light seriously affected reception for some reason. With all of this done, RadioShark was exactly what I wanted. The device is a bit bigger than I expected, but that doesn't make me dissatisfied with it. I think I was just imagining a "thinner" sail, but it's actually about a half inch thick and about eight inches high. Setting it up in…

Great product after setup, here's how I made it. Updated December 2013

I was wary of reading so many negative reviews and I understand why they were upset and disappointed because I had the same problems as them. But because I love tinkering with computers and reading positive reviews, I solve all problems. I live in the greater Los Angeles area, about 40 miles from downtown Los Angeles. I believed others that the radio reception was poor, but thanks to a review titled "EZ's Solution to Poor Reception Problem" is a bit verbose, but to solve this problem I bought a
