Great skin care product

As another reviewer Ryan said, I have an Infiniti G35, MY2005. I was also surprised by the "bleaching" effect, but as he said, use more product, it works! I was surprised how dirty my seats were and what a difference. I show it to my wife, she loves it. I was very skeptical about using a leather cleaner on my expensive car, but I believed the comments from these reviewers and I'm glad I did. I bought another set for my father.

  • Well made

Not impressed at all. instructions followed. Used on .

Not impressed at all. instructions followed. Used on newer vehicles and will not clean even the simplest dirt. I used alcohol free baby wipes which cleans everything up. Care products leave streaks on the skin. Sorry to be on the opposite end of the spectrum for this review, but I'll tell you what I see after following the full production instructions. I'm a fan of Griot's car care. This product is just a bump.

Not all skin is safe, my skin has been peeled off.

Terrible product, It tore off the skin. I followed the directions on the bottle which says it's skin safe. He took my black door panel and turned it into a matte gray finish that looked like I sanded the leather down. When I rubbed it on the door panel it looked shiny and when it dried I saw some alcohol residue. I called Griots and CSR said they had heard of this before. Now I have a dried out door panel that is noticeably discolored. I will never reuse this junk and do not recommend it for…

The smell alone convinced me

I recently bought a new M3 convertible and wanted to quickly learn how to care for the leather on the light-colored seats. I bought several products; Leatherique, good old Lexol, Zimol and this one. I can't say I've done any scientific research on which ones work best - Lexol wipes are very comfortable, while Letherique seems a little complicated (but much appreciated). But what I can say for sure is that the smell of this product is way, way better than others, some of which smell pretty…

Outstanding product!

This Griot's Garage Skin Care Spray 11259 is simply a superb product. The interior cleaner is simply the best I have ever used. He was able to remove dirt from the leather seats of my nine year old car, which I wouldn't have believed unless I cleaned the seats myself. In fact, he removed the "cooked" dirt from the vinyl dashboard after using a different cleaner. The sprayer is also top quality and reusable, so next time just buy Griot's Garage 11104 Interior Cleaner - 35 oz. .Leather Spray is…

Make no mistake: Interior Care

I'm new to leather care but want the seats to stay in good shape in my new car. I made the mistake of using a vacuum that appeared to have black dirt right in the nozzle to remove crumbs from the creases of the seats and ended up with black glue marks on my new gray leather seats. I had to bend down a bit with the interior cleaner, but there was no damage. The cleaner immediately removed other minor abrasions and dried drops on the seats. I liked the skin care spray - I'm very sensitive to…

You won't believe the difference

I don't usually write reviews but this one was worth the time. I first used it on my 2004 Infiniti G35 which only saw a leather moisturizer but no leather cleaner. I used the cleaner on the driver's seat perforated areas and wasn't too impressed at first. Then, after about 2 minutes, I looked back at the seat and saw small spots of light where the nozzle had deviated from the non-perforated leather. I'm concerned that the spray won't go well with my skin and will lighten it up. I decided I…

Car Seat Leather Conditioner

I've been searching online for the best leather cleaner and polish for my Honda Accord tan leather seat. Most skin care products had good reviews, but Skin Care Griots received 5 stars. Based on the review I bought a set of Griot's Garage Leather Care Spray. I would give the product 5 stars but I'm giving it 4 stars because the carbon or grease stain on the driver's side has not been removed. The leather cleaning spray removed the stain caused by an all-weather rubber mat accidentally placed on

Pros
  • Highest ratings for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other products
