Great for drying the car

After washing the car I had trouble getting the water off various suede leathers. This towel just soaked it all up and left no streaks. An excellent solution and a great time saver.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Expensive

Does not dry! Best of Suede

I may not understand how to use this towel or what "dry" means, but my experience was terrible. He seems to hate water and doesn't hold much water when he sucks it up. My old terry towels work much better.

  • Good product for the price

The best drying towel I've ever used.

This towel is expensive as hell but it's without a doubt the best drying towel I've found. Someone else must have the same towel without the griot price! Does anyone know of an equivalent cloth? The towels are similar but I hope someone knows for sure. Many Thanks

It has two pockets which I honestly don't find useful.

Good I've been servicing cars for twenty years. If Griot has nothing to share with me, this towel is exactly the same material as the kitchen towel I bought from Bed Bath and Beyond! It has two pockets which I honestly don't find useful.

No, a camel is NOT jealous

Holds a lot of water. Unlike the real deal, you can't spin it well, remove the water and expect it to be as good as it is dry. Instead, he will simply distribute this water. This is a good product if you have a 2 door soft top. Anything more than that and you only want 2-3. I washed my dad's Camry once and it immediately went through twice. Luckily, I like to always have twice the amount of product I normally need for one part.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Quite simply: It's the best!

Always took the time (and pride) to look after his cars. It used to be high quality suede - not bad, but not the best solution. Switched to pure cotton towels for full drying - fine again, but cotton towels don't hold much water and while soft I was worried about scratches. Reluctantly, I tried the Griot Micro Fiber Towel Dryers. Simply put, they are fantastic - fully dry, no scratches (even on black paint) and after five years of use there is no replacement.

This is a drying towel.

I used Griots Garage 11117 microfibre drying towel for the first time yesterday and was very satisfied! Just one Griot 11117 towel was enough for me to thoroughly dry my 2017 Subaru Impreza Sport without even wringing it out. This drying towel is well made, very soft, decently thick, large and super absorbent. The pockets at each end really help with handling the towel as you move it across the surface of the car, so thanks for that design element! I've seen people say that you have to wet the…

This is the WORST dryer sheet ever. Cheap nameless waffle towels work better

I bought this towel in March when I picked up a classic Porsche. It was expensive (over $20), which I didn't mind since Griot has a good reputation. I've wanted to write a review of this towel every time I wash one of my Porsches and forget about it until I use it again - that was yesterday. Before ordering this towel I went to my local Walmart to pick up some items and they had a waffle dryer towel for about $5 and I grabbed one on a whim. The car was delivered and the next day I went for a…
