These screws are good, but not exactly

So yes, you get what you pay for. Absolutely good screws, but they are not straight. As long as you use them in spots where you have enough clearance this isn't really a problem, but if you have one of those pesky spots where you shouldn't screw a screw in because it's too thin - you should do it anyway, because you do this you have no choice - those screws will most likely stick out since none of them are straight

Longer screws seem to have more grip when screwed into the support beams and can apply more force to allow the board to "suck up" the flex, flattening the deck. You'll probably…

Average Quality 3 " Male Bolts at Great Price

These are great value 3" male bolts that do the job. The threads were slightly larger than expected and there were 68 screws in each box instead of 73 as stated on the box. I suppose shorting 10 bolts isn't that hard, but I'm missing .80 cent bolts. For the price it doesn't really matter though, especially considering I would pay at least 20% more for comparable screws at Lowe's or Home Depot. In short, they're decent quality, they work, and they're very cheap. I wouldn't use them on a deck…
