Product works fine but the pen tip stopped working when inserted into the pen, had to get creative with a toothpick to finish the job. I recommend things in a bottle better, works just as well but will be a lot lighter and will make a huge difference.

This worked very well to touch up the grout on the fireplace tile after I had painted it. You'll have to be patient and move slowly to make sure the lines stay nice and straight, but that's to be expected! The grip didn't extend as far as I'd hoped, so if you're doing a bigger project, buy a pair. Pouring 14 6x6 tiles with a pen was good, but ended up running out. Covers so well, one coat even covers brown paint!

This is amazing but it took me two pens to find the best flow. So here it is. Mortar WILL DESTROY the top. Don't press too hard. Instead, inflate it by squeezing the top a few times. Then draw along the line. When it dries again, press again. Don't press too hard! This will help! However, it is possible to buy a large bottle of the same product at your local Lowe's store for 1/5 the price of the same amount of product in a solution.
