Amazing tool in keeping things together

Easy access to all my customer issues with one place is amazing! I can easily track what items are missing from an order or if there is any damage that has occurred during shipment. There is not much dislike about this platform. The only thing I would like to see is more training options for customers/users when using the online version of GroveSite. If you would prefer to go paperless as I have, then this service is great! Tracking orders and shipping status for large scale projects really…

Very user friendly and useful product, especially when working remotely

I like that it's an online system with many features for our CRM needs as we work from home! The search function could be more efficient - sometimes there are not enough results found during searches. Other than those two points this is very easy software to use at anytime or anyplace you have access to internet! We were able to add all the contacts needed into one database so now everyone can see everything they need without searching multiple sources. It saves time by only needing to check…

Pros
  • This product has saved me hours in my day because when filling out forms, such as employment applications etc., no matter what form your working through if possible make sure its linked together (ie job history / resume) otherwise double checking will take much longer then necessary!!! Also great customer service support team who helped us get started fast after purchase!! Very helpful :)
