Great tool with tons potential and room-for improvement

I like that it is very easy to use, as well has having great reporting capabilities across your organization so you can see what areas are most important for future growth (engagement/retention) - or where opportunities lie ahead of time! It would be helpful if there were more integration options available than just linking in Salesforce data; this could help make our POC faster but also easier when we're not already using SfDCM at work yet have some existing CRMs set up such as Pipedrive etc…

Pros
  • Very simple setup with intuitive interface + Dashboarding feature provides valuable insight into business performance quickly
Cons
  • Not bad

I like that it is easy to use, very customizable for my needs (not too many options) so not overwhelming when trying new features out! It does take some time getting used to but once you get comfortable everything works great!! Would love more reporting functions such as graphs/charts etc would be nice if they added this in future updates though there are plenty of other tools available now which can do these things instead :) Great tool overall helps keep track daily activity levels & allows…

  • Ease of working with daily activity and customer feedback surveys and the ability to keep track of them via reports;

  • I have no dislikes about the product as it meets our needs
