Description of πŸ” Optimized for SEO: Grumbacher Jumbo Vine Charcoal, Medium, Dark Grey, 1 Pack (V9)

A medium degree, extra large stick with a dark gray color. Grumbacher uses high quality vine to create a charcoal that is rich, blendable and lays down smoothly. Each stick measures approximately 0.625β€²β€² W x 5.75" L (1.58 cm x 14.6 cm). Because it is a natural product, size may vary slightly. Made in USA.

Good quality

Very nice smooth light blend. Medium compression so it stretches a long time on jagged paper and doesn't break too easily. I also received 3 packs of a cheaper brand. Another brand is good but not as dark or as thick as this Grumbacher Stick.

Pros
  • As this is a natural product the size may vary slightly
Cons
  • Not sure

Coarse charcoal for big jobs

The larger size encourages gestural strokes and, when the end points to a wedge, allows for a wide range of…

Pros
  • Medium very large stick dark gray

Soft fluffy perfection

It's fun to tear apart and mix and match and very accessible. It is soft charcoal so it can be erased and is not a "permanent tattoo" like hard charcoal. Affordable too, unlike "local charcoal" at our high-end craft stores.

Pros
  • Medium very large stick in dark gray
Cons
  • Expensive
