I wanted to connect the battery so I don't have to use the cigarette lighter plug as sometimes it can burn out. The picture I ordered shows the change in battery. I ordered two of these units and none of them have been modified.

What don't you like? The hard case keeps everything safe and you can stow it in the trunk of your jeep knowing it's ready to go. I love that it has pretty much everything I need to inflate or deflate a tire. The long power cord and hose are enough to reach the back of my jeep when connected to the front battery posts. The built-in pressure gauge is also fairly accurate.

I rarely write reviews because I expect the product to be as described. When I write a review it is because the product was significantly over or under delivered. In this case, however, I feel entitled to write a review. I bought this unit for my RV that runs 90 to 100 psi. This block was raided for 150psi in the description. The supercharger struggled to reach 80 and never reached 90 psi.

Compact and useful! Inflate RV tires slowly, but it works. I needed a 110psi pump and this is it! Connects to battery. You can use the connection cables as extension cables. (Do not use a "cigarette" power adapter for high pressure operation as this will blow the fuse in your car.) At high pressure in large tires it is about 2psi per minute. This is normal for emergencies. It's much faster on car tires that only require 35psi.

Bought for my son who is off road, looks good when he arrives but something is wrong, not Amazon's fault or seller's fault but who's fault whatever made a product this item has a coiled air hose in the kit to increase the range but it should have had brass connectors instead of a female and male end so it cannot be used unless we go outside and there is only one adapter that needs to be inserted between the hose from the air compressor and the spiral air hose. , just a pain as this shouldn't…

Chose this to upgrade my old battery/rechargeable compressor/pump. The good news is that this compressor really gets the job done. I was surprised at how quickly he fully inflated the tires of both our midsize sedan and the Rav4 tire. The bad news is that the sensor is so far away that it's completely useless. This is a good sturdy compressor. The sturdy hard case, complete with a set of tire plugs, is a big bonus. Do yourself a favor and toss a small tube of rubber glue in your suitcase to make installing the tire cap easier. I keep it in my RV in case I break down somewhere far away. I particularly like the screw connection for connecting the hose to the tire valve stem. No clamps or fancy quick releases, just a simple threaded chuck.
