I needed a portable compressor to use on my jeep. Jeep and other vendors cost over $300, so I was not only intrigued but also skeptical when I saw a 150psi unit for less than $70. I purchased this item and received it within 2 days. I opened the box and took it to the jeep. One of my tires was pretty low. Inflation from 10psi to 37psi took about 10 minutes. I've been a pretty happy camper so far (pun intended!).

small, portable and powerful. Bought because it works with small truck tires, has a VERY LONG inner tube and comes with a clip on adapter to connect to the tire tire. I also like that it turns off automatically when the desired pressure is reached. However, the black pump storage bag is smaller than it should be and difficult to fit a tire pump inside; A hard case is the best solution and should be sold as a separate item to customers who understand that a soft case is not worth the hassle.

Pressure gauge was far away, it shows different pressures when unscrewing and when using an air chuck. When I adjusted the pressure to 32psi, the compressor started and then immediately shut off (the tire pressure was at 18psi). The pressure jumped to 42psi even though the tire pressure was 18psi. Of course I just tested it to make sure it worked. It works as expected. It seems fairly durable and well built. All fittings are good. It worked just fine from my lighter in my 2003 Tahoe. The case is a bit wobbly, but it works and that's why I didn't buy it. So again no big deal. The only other issue I had was one of the rubber pads/feet popping out when I took it out of the cheap case. With a little effort I managed to get it back in place. Tire pressure was not accurate from the start. I set it to 35 and it increased to 37/38/39. I set it to 33 and got a pretty consistent 34/35. However, sometimes it didn't work as expected. Most of the time it worked as I expected. Plug it in, connect the hose to the valve (already set to 33) and turn it on. It will read about 5 psi less than when the switch was turned on, where the displayed number jumped 5+ psi. Then there were times when it stalled at 25-27psi (again when it was set at 33). I

My personal favorite is the digital pressure gauge. He responds quickly and appears to be correct. You can also set a target pressure. I have previously purchased a couple of similar pumps with analogue dial gauges. Both were very slow in reaching their final readings and both gave readings that were inaccurate by 5-10 psi.
