Dissolvable hydration electrolyte drink tablets replace sodium electrolytes lost through sweat during exercise, improving performance and recovery. Box includes four portable tubes, each containing 12 Strawberry Lemonade tablets, 48 total servings. Tablets are easily dissolved in 16 ounces of water, and have a light, effervescent flavor, ideal for before, during, and after workouts. Each 10-calorie tablet contains 320 milligrams of sodium and 55 milligrams of potassium to help maintain water balance as electrolytes are depleted. All flavors are caffeine-free and made with vegan ingredients.

Great for moisturizing!

My husband loves them and they keep him hydrated and he struggled with them every summer until we started GU but he uses them year round. I wish they were cheaper. But he likes tabs and they really come in handy. I would buy if you need to stay hydrated. My husband loves oranges.

Best Tasting Electrolyte Tablets

These Electrolyte Tablets are the tastiest electrolyte tablets I've ever tried. I personally find them tastier than Nuun and a bit cheaper. The lemon-lime flavor reminds me of Gatorade. I use them for running and they definitely keep me hydrated even in the summer.

Strawberry lemonade is my favorite!

This is the electrolyte hydration I keep coming back to. The packaging will be changed, but the great taste and the fact that it is not heavy is a big plus for me. I always carry it in my jersey pocket on my long bike rides so I can pop a pill in a bottle when refilling.
