The fire ants hate him. I put a line on mine.

Used to revitalize leather sofas. Light oil with a wonderful scent that lasts for several days. The hinges on the doors greased. Restored wooden thresholds on the front doors. In Texas, the lemon has another benefit: it kills ants. The fire ants hate him. I put a rope on my porch and the ants ran away

This is an amazing lemon oil for guitars

I used this lemon oil on my 2011 Gibson and it looks brand new. I took front and back photos to show how well the product works. I also took a close-up of the neck of my D'Angelico acoustic. It just moved in and looks great. I will buy this product again when I run out of all my guitars. Lifetime customer here.

  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Out of style

Conditioning wood cleaner/finisher

Great product for revitalizing natural wood! I learned about lemon oil from my father who uses it every year on his sailboat to restore teak. It's really conditioning and non-greasy and really penetrates the wood. Also suitable for cutting boards and other natural wood surfaces. And it smells good! This is the goalkeeper. Of course, this product has been around for a long time, so that's saying something!

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • A few touches

but it doesn't smell like the lemon oil I've used in the past

This product is advertised as real lemon oil and the bottle says lemon oil but it isn't. does not smell like lemon oil which I have used in the past and have been using for over 10 years since we bought the Amish cage. The oil smells strongly of petroleum-based chemicals. I am very disappointed in this brand. Lemon Oil is a great product in its own right, but this Guards Restoring Lemon Oil is NOT REAL! Don't be fooled by this fake; buy real!

Pros
  • High marks for hold and shelf life from testers
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Ideal for guitar fretboard!

I'm a guitarist and this product is ideal for cleaning/wetting rosewood or ebony fretboards. Your bottle is cheaper than guitar products and will last forever. It doesn't attract dust like most furniture "lemon oils" that are high in silicones and other substances. This product will not contaminate the fretboard. However, it is not intended for the rest of the guitar. Silicone-free polishing is essential for the body and neck. A word of warning: NEVER USE THIS ON MAPLE VEGS! They are airtight…

Pros
  • Polishing and Wood Care
Cons
  • Doubtful

Revive Old Furniture

This is an old fashioned way to give wooden furniture a new look. I recently moved in and have rubbed lemonwood oil on all new wooden furniture. It gives the wood amazing depth, enhances beauty and conceals scratches. I also use it on my stone floors and countertops. A dry, clean cloth with some of this oil can also be rubbed into leather furniture to restore its shine. It restores, to a large extent, oils that have naturally evaporated over time. Your furniture, leather and stone products will

Good affordable product.

I am a martial artist and gun collector, but many of my collections are from the Philippines or Indonesia. However, living in drought-stricken California, I need to keep my wooden scabbards, handles, and Kali sticks moist lest they dry out and break on me. The same is true if you have a musical instrument made from a Hawaiian tree or a tree from a tropical island. In any case, something like this works best with beeswax, but these products are significantly more expensive. It has been available
