Works exactly as advertised. Seems to be durable. Remember this is aluminum so don't go crazy tightening the bolts. My only wish is that the plastic inserts have a "rim" on either side so they don't fall out when installed. It's okay, I just stuck them on with double sided tape.

We bought one for our e-bikes. The e-bike is built in such a way that the standard cage doesn't quite fit; it either gets in the way or is too horizontal. So this adapter is perfect and strong. I was able to attach it to the handlebars very firmly; easily accessible and does not move when in use. I would buy it again.

This is the perfect mount for a water bottle cage on the handlebars. It is easy to install with the required pads to attach the mount to any handlebar. Used this with a carbon cage to hold various water bottles on the handlebars for at least a dozen rides. There were no slips or movements after belaying.

So I used this because I was using a scaffold bag and had nowhere to pour water. I have Jones Loop Bars for more comfort. I tried them with a larger diameter near the stem, but my knees touched the bottle when standing or climbing. I relocated them to the front of the bars using the plastic spacers provided. I got this adapter for my old bike that didn't have pre-drilled bottle cage holes. It fits great although I used some tape to secure it as the 2 plastic extras made the tube too small. It comes with the tools needed for installation and is fairly easy to install, but the bottle cage is more difficult. The only thing I would wish is that the entire length is closer to the ring as this leaves a lot of space between the frame and the bottle cage. I would recommend if you need an extra seatpost…

Overall, I like the product. It does what it's supposed to do and is well suited for the purpose it was designed for. My only major issue is that the screw comes in two different hex head sizes, even though the screws are the same size. Three of the screws are 3mm hex heads and these screws should be fairly tight.
