The remote came in a clear plastic bag with no instructions on how to set it up. So now it just sits on the table and gathers dust. If I cannot receive the instructions sent to me, I will send them back.

Very poor quality! The first one was broken as you can see in the picture (a button was missing) so I replaced it and the second one is fine. but they have something hanging in there 😑 It works well, the buttons are all in place so they left it. I don't think it will take very long.

I love that after putting the batteries in it worked straight away with no setup. I bought this to have a second remote if it's mine. When my husband falls asleep with the remote control, I have my own and I can change channels without having to look for his remote control key to a happy marriage.

In general, this is a great replacement for Samsung remote control. My only complaint with this is that the arrow feature only works once. I mean on my Samsung remote if I need to rewind Netflix or any other show I can hold down the arrow button and it will fast forward. With this remote control, it only moves one frame even if the button is held down. Another button on my Samsung remote broke and now I have to use both remotes to stream video.
