I have a large upper body, chest, shoulders, lats, so the product fits perfectly. I do not recommend this type of t-shirt for beginners or people with a thin build.

I wear a medium size depending on the brand. In this particular case, Med is perfect. I read a lot of reviews about shrinking after washing so I was nervous. So if you have a long torso, you might want to go taller. It's meant to be more of a sports hoodie than a shirt and has a wasted stripe look so I'd
