Very good station, the best among soldering stations

This station is very well finished and easy to use. It heats up to a temperature in 10-15 seconds and cools down quickly, there are switches on the stands that automatically put the station into sleep mode if it's not used for a few minutes (this can be turned off if desired), the Iron stands are comfortable and lightweight tips are very easy to swap out. Overall I am very happy with this station. I use the two included iron and FM-2022 holders to remove surface mount devices. I wouldn't change

Great soldering station!

This is definitely professional equipment. Irons heat up very quickly. Irons are very comfortable and can be used for long periods without discomfort. I use it together with FM2023 hot tweezers and also for finishing SMD on PCB. But note a few things: 1. If you use it with hot tweezers, only the tweezers or iron will be hot at that time. You can switch between them without turning them off, but only one will be hot at a time.2. This device does not come with iron spikes. I would recommend…

Arrived not working

I bought this product because I have it at my place of work and it is a very good station. $550 is cool for something I use occasionally, but I'm sick of the Radio Shack and Home Depot brands. The product came without a soldering tip. For $550 you could start with a couple of soldering tips.2. Eventually bought a genuine Hakko T15-IL tip and a few Chinese fakes but measured the resistance to make sure it was within Hakko specs. I get SE permanently when I plug in the cables. Make sure the tips…
