I don't know if I got a different set than everyone else but two of my tools broke quickly while using them (no kids or rough use). Saw knives were not sharp enough and not thin enough for the detailing. The sculpting tools were blunt, and of the two I was able to work with, one broke after just glancing at my pumpkin. Metal heads don't stick well to wood. The only good parts in the kit are the shovel, the orange-handled tip and the body, the rest is junk and the cheap ones from the supermarket

Well as you can see they work very well. This year my wife decided to upgrade and bought a complete pumpkin carving kit instead of precision knives. She chose this one and was very happy. The kids loved it, the pumpkins turned out great! The only problem we had, which I don't know about anyway, was a round tool that I had to use a sharp chopstick to get the pumpkin out of and then wash it. Overall I am disappointed with this product. I've been carving pumpkins for ten years. I usually use store bought tools to make pumpkins. Usually comes with these simple universal templates. I actually prefer them to these tools. The reason is that these tools are too thick. You should have more choices of thin and small saws. It comes with just a thick long saw. Cheap quality tools and not sharp at all. The scraper/shovel tool started to bend when I had gutted less than half of our first pumpkin.
