A must for bald cyclists

Three main reasons to use one of these in cycling/mountain biking if you are bald/bald/problematic:3. Prevents sweat from getting into the eyes.2. Prevents head tan.1. You know that feeling when a bug gets lodged in your helmet and you feel it crawl over your head and it's so irritating and annoying that you have to stop to take your helmet off and remove that pesky creature? Never again with a skullcap like that. Highly recommend and I will be getting another one to have two in the bike gear…

He does his job well. For men

When I exercise, I wear a thick sweater. I run and mountain bike. Halo hat is cool! It keeps the sweat off my face. I'll wear it under a mountain bike helmet or running cap. I realize the hat itself is wet and I can feel sweat dripping down my face, but nothing gets in my eyes. I'll even remove it once or twice during my activity to ring it. Worth the money in my opinion. The only downside (and not Halo's fault) is that when I wear my helmet or hat under the elastic on my head, the sweat runs…

I really want you to like it

On paper, this product is made for me. I have no hair, I spend too much time cycling, I hate using sunscreen and I sweat a lot. But - I just don't find it comfortable. It could be a combination of that with the helmet I'm wearing. I have a regular old cassette fine but it's not that breathable and eventually the sweat runs into my eyes. Because part of the headband is thicker, the Bontrager Wavecel fits very snugly at the temples. After about 3 hours it's unbearable and I have to take it off. I

Good cover, but quite tight

I have two of these on the mission. They offer the best "protection" against sweat in the eyes, but that comes at a price. The sweatband is very tight - uncomfortably tight. If I wear this for an hour or so my head starts to hurt. It's too tight. The Mission branded version feels lighter and looks like it's going to wear out quicker, but lasts just as long and is actually used a lot more because it's so comfortable compared to this one. Both offer good sun protection, the Mission brand feels a…

Ideal for cycling with accessories

I shave my head and constantly battle with sweat running down my face. I've tried bandanas, skinny hats, and even bonnets, but nothing has worked. In addition, hats and helmet caps made of thicker material make it difficult to put on a bicycle helmet. I happened upon this product at REI and was impressed by the feel of the fabric. Due to Revain's significantly lower price I ordered from them rather than buying same day. I used one of the hats as soon as it arrived, pedaled for miles through hot

IT REALLY WORKS! suitable for outdoor activities

I was sure that the sweat strip on these Halo products was a gimmick, but then I gave it a try. NO, THAT IS NOT SO! It really works. On a very hot, muggy day, no headband and helmet cap combo could protect my eyes from sweat on the bike. Step into this halo skullcap. IT REALLY WORKS. Not a drop of sweat in his eyes. i am sold In the future, I probably won't buy anything other than Halo products. I also strongly recommend a skullcap instead of a bandage as I've recently started moving in that…

This skullcap is perfect! I have to wear a CPAP mask and chin strap at night and the straps have left indelible dents in my hair. So I put on this skullcap first, then the CPAP mask and chin strap. The problem is solved! The lid is very well made and even has a yellow weld block gasket (silicone I think) on the front edge. Although I don't sweat when I sleep, the silicone helps keep the cap in place. The label recommends wearing a yellow Sweat Block Seal cap centered on the forehead and 1/2…

Not suitable for motorcycles

This halo skullcap has a thick neoprene band around the rim that is too tight and too high. The strap covers my ears and puts quite a bit of pressure on the earbuds, resulting in a pretty loud ride. The seams are on the outside, not flat, and while the neoprene strap is stiff, the white upper is not. When I put the helmet on it either pulls the halo down too far or tries to pinch the tips of my ears between the helmet and the seam. None of them are very comfortable. The yellow sweatband makes a
