I like this cartridge! It actually sticks to the valve stem! I even turned the hose upside down to try and pinch it off. It stays there until you intentionally loosen it. I replaced the cheap chuck that came with my tire inflation tool with this one. The chuck I previously had on the tool lasted maybe the first two times I used it. After that, every time I wanted to inflate the tire, I had to go behind the tire and hold the cartridge. Old bones, old back, old knees complain about it every time!

I use them in a hose assembly to simultaneously bleed Jeep tires from a single compressor. There are 3 jaws, each of which is fixed and will not leak unlike the more common and cheaper lever jaws. I've tried single cam levers, but if the threads on the valve stem it presses against are a little too high, there will be a slight leak in the nipple. A small part here but this product sucks on car valves. I have two main concerns: the head is much larger than standard air chucks and difficult to install. The first problem occurs when the valve stem is not long enough and/or you have limited access to the valve stem. It will work but I had to reseat the cartridge several times to get it working.
