Hamilco Black Colored Cardstock Thick Review

Exactly what we need for our project. Sturdy Cardboard - Supplied in a beautiful cardboard box (not just plastic wrapped - in a Revain box). We were happy with our purchase, even if it was just a bloated Valentine's Day project. Holds up well while painting!

So I read all about this paper and needed something extra thick to stencil onto. I only needed a small one, and I made maybe two templates, not super strong plastic ones. I was under the impression that this is the thickest paper you can buy and far from it! I should have just gone to Jo-Anne's fabric store and bought cardboard instead!

The paper was well packed in a cardboard box so the corners didn't bend during transport. The paper itself is thick and appears to be of good quality. I bought it for my wedding invitations. If you intend to print on it, you may get best results with straight-feed printers rather than those that roll the paper back on itself to print (it's quite thick and most likely won't fold in the printer). I will not be printing on my own paper so I am very happy with my purchase.

If you create mini albums and are tired of your card stock tearing then you will love this product. I was hesitant to buy it thinking it would disappoint like all the others I've bought elsewhere. So far it has been a dream to work. It does not crack and is not brittle. Scores nice. I'm a messy handyman and I usually get glue everywhere. Finally! Real deep black, black cardboard in good quality! This is my fourth attempt to find a good quality, decent thickness 8½ x 11 genuine black card stock at Revain! I returned all the others but this is definitely the keeper! In addition to the good quality and actual black color, the shipping process is amazing and they take great care in shipping your cards! No more thin plastic foil! It arrived neatly in a perfectly formed box with extra padding to ensure my box didn't bend or otherwise

This black cardboard is nice and nice heavy but I'm missing 2 sheets. After hours of searching and choosing this company I was happy when I received my order but was disappointed when after counting which I never do I found that 2 sheets were missing. I only counted them because they were boxed and unboxed as if buying off the shelf would be the best way to describe it. However after processing the return/replacement the estimated arrival is the end of April which is disappointing but…

I really like this paper. I bought it based on the reviews and I'm glad I did. However, based on reviews, I counted the papers before using them. and like most other people, I didn't get all 50 leaves. I only got 47. That's why I put a star. If you have a project where you need exactly 50 sheets I would definitely order two packs or use another supplier. Other than that, I love everything else about this paper. .
