I bought this for my female Betta aquarium and it doesn't live up to what it says on the tin. Of course it looks great underwater, but forget about the malleable object. The sheet does not mold at all. It keeps its shape no matter what you do. If you just want it for aesthetic reasons, that's a plus, but that's about it.

My rooster didn't like lying on these leaves, but trimmed his fin badly. The plastic is very hard. It wasn't fabric, it was plastic that didn't bend well. Because of this, some leaves were at an odd angle, but I was fine with that. I was concerned about damage to the fins. For another kind of fish it could be better.

They have good suction cups and stick well to the walls of the aquarium. My bettas love to lie on it and it can also be attached to the bottom of the tank to give the fish a privacy screen or a cover to hide behind. CONS: I recommend cutting off the ends to round them off. Only scissors will do. The tips are a little sharp, but the edges aren't, and it's easy to fix.

When I bought these I was expecting a softer bed sheet, maybe fabric. It isn't what it is. It's a non-deformable plastic unless you put it in boiling water for a while and then mold it into shape before it cools. The suckers also lost their distinctive appearance and became dull white. I got them until I could select the type of real plants I wanted and those real plants grow. These plastic sheets make a great temporary resting place for little boys or girls. :)

My Magic rooster was sleeping on a short hose in my aquarium so I decided to buy a pack of two leaves so he has a nice place to rest. It is very difficult to bend it into shape as there was no wire inside. It took me some time to fix it. However, it returns to its original form after a few minutes. But Magic was really curious and he liked it. It was a good place to rest and he liked to hide under a leaf. The sheet is made of soft plastic that won't tear the slats, making it very easy to clean.

My Betta Sammy seems comfortable with the new Betta leaves arriving today and complementing his cozy home. They add a nice touch and look very natural. Prewashed and couldn't believe the large sheet is actually 1.5 inches, seemed smaller. The pull is very strong but with little difficulty in shaping them; the sheets stood almost vertically when they were taken out of the bag.
