The item was exactly as depicted and perfect for my expected use. I purchased so I would have a nice place to keep my mailing US postal stamps and address labels. I previously kept them in an old envelope but this was not safe and I was forever losing them. Now they are not only safe but the look cool also.

Excellent quality pencil case/pouch using it to throw phone in larger section with driver's license and debit card/cash in small front pocket to use for quick trips or for throwing in string bag when I don't want to carry anything in my hands (for summer jaunts, fairs, festivals). I received this product in a timely fashion, it was packaged nicely and free from any defects. My one wish is that the inside would not have been lined with fabric. So when I first unboxed this I was worried it might not be leather. It was stiff and weird textured. But it smelled like leather, so I thought I would give it a chance. Matches a messenger bag purchased from Clifton Heritage Store. Moonstar also sells messenger bags but did not have style I wanted. But the quality and look of this Moonstar case is a perfect match. This is a great little pencil case but right out the package the leather finish needs some TLC. The pencil case arrived with a shiny plastic feeling finish on the leather. I spent a good 10 minutes before I ever put anything in it by giving it a good wringing out. I twisted it, folded it up in several directions, and buffed off the shine on a big piece of suede. I am an amateur photographer and I needed something durable, yet compact, to carry my battery backup’s in. These leather pouches are the answer to my needs. They are of awesome quality and extremely durable. You can’t beat REAL leather.

Very nice leather zippered pouch. Thick leather! Holds a lot of pens & pencils. The zipper is nice, sturdy, & opens easily. The pouch has a nice feel to it and doesn't feel cheap. I think this pouch will last a lifetime if taken care of. I liked mine so much that I purchased an extra one to hold my blood sugar kit, extra strips, and needles. There are so many uses for this pouch! The price was also very reasonable so regrets here.

It is a great little pencil case for my purse. Fits some pens, 3x5 post-it notes. My work bag would require something substantially bigger, but great for my purse. I love the ruggedness of the leather.
