👕 Hanes FreshIQ X Temp Active 12 Pack: Stay Cool and Active with Unbeatable Comfort Review

My husband has problems with his feet, he walks all day in heavy boots in any weather and walks a lot on his feet. He loves these socks. He says they are comfortable and keep feet dry.

I work on the road. In steel-toed boots. In the Midwest. It's hot and muggy in summer and if it wasn't for those socks my feet would have fallen off my feet and died. Buy them and your feet will thank you.

Let me start by saying that I have loved these socks in the past and I still love them. What I don't like is the new, shorter length. They are about 2 inches shorter than my last order and a bit short for my boots. They are nice and comfortable but too short.

I bought these socks thinking I'd buy the same calf socks I've had for over three years that get thin in the heel area. They are much shorter and slide down. If the seller has a calf in stock I'm still interested, but when I searched on Revain I didn't see the Hanes X-temp with calf.

These socks are not the same quality, thickness, softness or even the same material as other Hanes X-Temp. They are clearly much thinner and use cheap, almost see-through fabric. They're terrible, even though they have the same name. These are not the socks you expect.

I've been wearing xtemp hanes socks for a decade or more. I got them for Christmas and birthdays and I was so excited when I unpacked them. Hans changed the fabric and with it the quality. As soon as I saw them, I could tell that they weren't my favorite socks anymore. I sent them back and found a decent And1 brand replacement at Walmart. I want them to stay the same.

Probably my most comfortable socks! Warm, close-fitting, very good moisture regulation. Pad my sensitive old heels well, prevent pain/inflammation/"plantar fasciitis" up to the heel bone (calcaneus) if I walk in them a bit without shoes or slippers. These are the only socks I wear now: also save time by combining/mixing several colourful/patterned socks! Very good value for money. Proven to be very durable so far with no visible wear!

Edited: I left my review of the REAL x-temp socks below, but added this edit and changed my review after receiving it. As others have reported Hanes seems to have come up with a new design, now they look and feel the same as the other models they had before, just thicker fabric but with the X-temp logo. All things from my review are irrelevant now, except that the sock neck feels less tight. So they fixed my only complaint, but literally all of the elements that made these socks so special were
